What We Offer
Natural Holistic Care
Natural care is more than just the substances that are put into the body. It is taking the whole person into consideration and modifying the circumstances that led them to dis-ease in the first place. Part of this care is forming relationships with our clients. We want to know how your grandkids are doing, because this affects your emotional state and directly correlates to your overall health.
Herbal Medicine
Based upon traditional values and modern science, herbal medicine is a powerful tool to help you on your journey to health. Bonnie is a Master Herbalist, meaning she has earned a Master's of Science degree in herbal medicine. This credential is recognized as the top certification in the field of education for herbal practitioners.
Supplement & Nutrition Guidance
As a Certified Dietary Supplement Provider my job is to ensure that you receive the appropriate supplements to support your body's needs and to improve your overall health. There is no one size fits all when it comes to supplements. At Veusebeia we work with physician only supplement companies to ensure that you get the best quality supplements to support your health.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy can benefit a wide range of conditions. It is an excellent modality by itself or in conjunction with other holistic care practices. Bonnie is certified in Aromatherapy by the National Associations of Holistic Aromatherapist.
Holistic Wellness Coaching
Wellness coaching helps you to achieve your health goals and not feel alone on your journey. Regularly scheduled meetings help you to stay connected, feel supported, and achieve results. At Veusebeia our wellness coaching is based upon the principles of Motivational Interviewing and the International Federation of Coaching's principles.
Apothecary
At Veusebeia we stock a wide range of organic medicinal herbs, tinctures, essential oils, topical remedies, and supplements. About Veusebeia
It’s pronounced: vay-you-seh-beh-ee-uh. Holistic Practitioner Bonnie D’Arcangelo thought up the word! In working to imagine the healing environment of her phytotherapy clinic, Bonnie wanted a word to encompass her ideals of what health and wellness through natural care really meant to her – but there just wasn’t a word for it.
Scheduling & Visits
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your health concerns and to find out if Veusebeia is the right fit for you. Contact me at (248) 264-3638. Afterwards we will schedule you for your first intake appointment where will will discuss your health concerns, assess any blood work you have, and develop a treatment plan. This appointment typically last 1.5 hours but can be as long as 2 hours. After the intake appointment we will determine a follow up schedule. If you have more questions, we can discuss Our Process with you.
Yes, you can. Veusebeia Phytotherapy Center has an online client portal that is HIPPA compliant. All of your documents and treatment plans are available through the Client Portal.
At your first appointment we will discuss your concerns, the history of your concerns, and how this affecting your life and what you envision treatment looking like. I will go over any blood work that you have and assess any supportive needs you may have. Together we will develop a treatment plan. Afterwards we will schedule a follow up appointment to assess how the treatment plan is going and make any necessary changes. This appointment is typically two weeks after the initial appointment.
I am happy to create and maintain long term care plans where we can monitor changes and progress. Keep in mind that I am not a medical doctor and cannot diagnose any condition by law. My assessments are based upon observations and should not be taken as medical advice. I always advise that you consult with your physician prior to taking any herbs or supplements. I am open to working with your PCP and encourage that we form a healthy relationship, especially if you have chronic health conditions that require blended care.
At Veusebeia I offer both in office visits and calls (phone & video) for applicable follow up appointments.
Initial contact is a 15 min phone call, and the first visit is an in-office visit to connect and thoroughly discuss your health concerns and goals.
