Each client requires a unique approach, but the first step is always an initial 1.5 hour consultation where we will go over your health concerns and develop a treatment plan.
Free 15 Minute Consultation
I offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone to discuss your health concerns and to determine whether I can be of service to you.
First Appointment
The first appointment is approximately 1.5 hours long. We will go over your health history, present concerns, and set goals for your treatment plan.
Follow Up Appointments
After our initial consultation, we will schedule a follow-up appointment in approximately two weeks where we will discuss how things are working for you and any changes that need to be made.
Continued Wellness Coaching
I offer continued wellness coaching services to my clients where we will meet on a pre-determined regular basis to continue to help you reach your health goals and to ensure that you feel supported.
Apothecary and Supplements
I offer continued services to my clients to fulfill all of your herbal and supplement needs to ensure that you are always getting the best products and organic herbs.
Long Term Care
Many of my clients require long-term services to meet their health needs. I love building these relationships and being by your side for the journey through all of life’s challenges and phases.
