Bonnie received her training in wellness coaching while obtaining her Master’s degree at The American College of Healthcare Sciences. Bonnie studied Motivational Interviewing and the International Coaching Federations professional principles and guidelines. She has taken this education and integrated it into her wellness practice. This offers a beautiful blend of clinical practice with the needed support to make lasting changes.

Wellness coaching sessions happen in conjunction with other health modalities and fit the needs and schedule of the individual client. Some clients choose to meet on a bi-weekly basis, others choose alternate schedules. This health modality is flexible and is used to better serve our clients and ensure their success in their health goals.
